ABOUT THE DONE LIST

You built the business. That doesn’t mean you should be the only thing holding it together.

The business should have structure underneath it — clear ownership, reliable follow-up, clean workflows, and systems that keep work moving without everything routing back through you.

The Done List is built to create that structure.

I look at how work actually moves through the business.

I look for where work stalls, doubles back, disappears, depends on memory, or keeps escalating to the owner — and redesign the structure underneath it.

01

DELETE

what shouldn’t exist.

02

REDESIGN

what is structurally broken.

03

AUTOMATE

what is predictable.

04

DELEGATE

what needs a person, but not necessarily you.

I’m not interested in adding systems for the sake of having systems.

I’m interested in making the business carry more of its own weight.

That might mean fixing a client journey, rebuilding a workflow, clarifying ownership, creating a proper source of truth, cleaning up follow-up, configuring a CRM, simplifying a website, or redesigning an entire operating process.

Sometimes the answer is technology.

Sometimes it is a better process.

Sometimes the best answer is to stop doing the thing altogether.

WHY THE DONE LIST

Why The Done List

I’ve spent a lot of time looking at businesses where the owner has become the unofficial operating system.

They remember what happens next.
They connect the tools.
They answer the questions.
They catch the mistakes.
They keep relationships alive.
They make every exception work.

That may keep the business functioning.

It also makes the business dependent on them.

The Done List exists to change that.

Your genius deserves better infrastructure.
